Lovely spa bath, ample storage, cooking facilities, easy check-in/out, designated car park, thoughtful towel folding.

Liked our Xmas stay here! The accommodation was kept clean and tidy. The hosts were great in providing us with local information and even gave us a map of the town. The bed was comfortable and the linen was good quality. The location was perfect - close to everything we needed, including the beach. Plus, the coffee machine in the kitchen was a nice touch!
Disliked that our fridge was quite small, and it took some rearranging to fit all of our food and drinks. , our unit wasn't serviced during our stay, but the housekeeping staff were kind enough to provide us with fresh towels upon request.

The hotel is conveniently located close to the main shopping center in sunny Hawke's bay. It is away from the town center but still easy to access the city center from here. the staff is friendly and helpful, and the rooms are clean and tidy. the kitchenette is well-stocked, and the free Wi-Fi is a nice bonus.
Some rooms have limited natural light and can be noisy.

We spent a fantastic New Year in this motel. the location was perfect, just a short drive from the main town and close to all the attractions. We loved the spacious and clean room, with a fully equipped kitchen that made our stay very comfortable. we enjoyed having a heat pump that kept the room warm during the chilly evenings.
The lack of natural light in our room. We had to use the lights during the day and it was a bit disappointing.

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful hotel. The location couldn't have been better - it was right by shops and a bus stop, making it easy for us to explore the city centre and nearby attractions. The room amenities were top-notch, with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. We loved having ironing facilities, tea and coffee facilities, and a cozy sitting area. The dining table was perfect for enjoying our meals, and the patio provided a great place to relax and soak in the ambience. The staff were friendly and attentive, making sure that we had everything we needed. And the free toiletries were a lovely added touch. We highly recommend this place for a luxurious and comfortable stay.

We loved how immaculate our room was, with lots of thoughtful touches that made us feel right at home. The hotel facilities were fantastic, from the comfortable bed to the spacious bathroom with plenty of room for toiletries. Parking was always readily available right outside our room, and we appreciated being able to quickly and easily access the city centre from this great location in the neighbourhood. The staff were also incredibly friendly and welcoming, making our stay even more enjoyable.
Can't fault anything about this hotel.
